What an incredible weekend of college hoops...3 overtime games...1 went double ot.

And in the end...there stood my alma matter...the Michigan State Spartans.

Want to know some cool things about this....

4th final 4 in 10 years of coaching for Tom Izzo...only Coach K went to more Final 4s more quickly.

Coach Izzo has the best winning percentage all time in the tournament among active coaches, and only trails John Wooden overall.

Every student athlete ever recruited by Coach Izzo to play at MSU that has stayed 4 years has played in a final four. Do you realize he can go into a recruits house and say "give me 4 years and I'll give you a final 4?"....good grief.

Not to be outdone...the MSU women's team is in the elite 8 of their tournament and looking to knock off Stanford on Tuesday night. They can do it.
